Not very smart to make someone mad who knows where you live. I don’t know how you can do that to someone. If I accepted a low order that’s on me but to say it’s high and then remove it is mean. Unless you did a terrible job and unfortunately a lot of time they blame the driver for the restaurant’s issues.

I take low orders sometimes if it’s going the same way I was going anyways. Also do it on extremely slow days so for the busy days my acceptance rate is up.

I started with Uber Eats and yesterday was my first day. Worked an hour at lunch, just to get a feel for things. 3 orders and 1 hour later, I was $15 "richer". Today I worked breakfast for an hour... $12 "richer". Keep in mind that I was mindful of the orders I accepted, keeping with a $2 per mile thought. Yeah, I am thinking the dinner hours will be my next target, and Friday evening too. Thanks for this video, it is rather reassuring!!!

See working like this motivates me to keep working all day just as long as the car is comfortable to be in that long. Take breaks when you want and only work during peaks times. Work weekends like a savage. Jesus. Could make $40-$50 an hour doing this.

How they decide what's high paying doesn't even make sense. Like your have a $4 for 3 mile order that was "high paying", but your $8 for 6 mile order isn't, even though they're effectively the same order.

In my area chick fil-a is fast...what I dont like is kfc or wingstop that is a no go for me unless they pay like $20 i will wait for 15minutes lol

I literally just did a roadie on foot. It was a cvs half a mile south of me and the order went to just north of my place. Got a walk in and some fun money. Will probably never get an order like this again but still amusing.

Non turbo (naturally aspirated) cars last longer. Be very religious about changing oil often in your Veloster. Gas ends up in the crankcase and bathes the motor in fuel. Pretty cool gig car otherwise. Just keep fresh oil in it, and it should last a long time.

Doing this as part time to my regular job (sitting in an office all day and working from home) is the best thing. Get out, meet people, see parts of town I never saw, find restaurants I never knew existed and the average per hour is about $20 consistently. All a bonus.

Door dash will lie and are taught to just pacifier you until I get you off the phone they will reroute your call. Say you’re speaking to a manager when you’re not they try every trick they can and once they get your money they don’t care just like they don’t care about their workers they did not put our address in their system for almost a year and the drivers had to hunt us and my son would have to run the drivers down there very poorly run company. I do not recommend Doordash to anyone it is not worth it. drivers you best watch your money because they are crooked even if you document everything they’re still going to steal from you. they ask if the manager had photos of her food that was still sitting there from 634,the night before! They kept telling me it was the restaurants fault when in fact, it was not the restaurant had the food ready in a bag, and on the counter if they would have just went back and got the food and re-delivered would’ve been no problem doordash is hurting businesses as well. When a business they have L light soft drinks listed that you need an ID that it is an alcoholic beverage for a soda. Many issues with Doordash would never have them as a partner, if I own a business.drivers they steal a few dollars here and there from everyone it all adds up in their favor or course we all call it Devil Dash this company is so crooked ! Lol have them on speed dial but they have got last from me still said give us another 12 hour to review 😂I just wonder how many good people they screwed over today as they tell hem not to worry😂😂😂😂😂😂

We just had aweful experience last night at 6:45. We placed the order to Popeyes we got the wing and fries bundle which had two chicken sandwiches the wings the fries and we order two extra chicken sandwiches. Food was left at the register had a bag for sandwiches in it DoorDash would not re-deliver our sandwiches the general manager gave us his phone number and told Doordash to call him they did not they would not refund the price of the sandwiches. They have had me on the phone for two days still saying you need a 12 hour review in other words they stole, the four sandwiches from us they do their workers bad DoorDash sucks restaurant owner said they have more troubles out of DoorDash than any other food delivery service and recommended Uber eats and I agree

None of these apps are worth it! For people interested in gig work DONT! It’s horrible without a doubt the worse job anyone can have! I know homeless people that do it on bikes in LA let that sink in! Do bette in life! Unless you want to be online for 80 hours and only active for 5-10 hours. Shipt is the worst app out of them all.Especially,the pharmacy orders.They sometimes not there and you cannot leave the order.Gas & waste of time.Then,you of to keep calling to get return pay & receipt to get payed.Not to mention,liquors they listen to they drunk customers not the shopper.They are very rude customer service call center from the Caribbean country.Terrible agents.No respect for there shoppers.No remorse.

Another thing those bastards did to me was one time I had a stacked order for two stores, one was a department store and the other was Dollar General and mind you it was literally within a half hour before they all closed, so I had to rush, well I go to Target and I'm unfortunately stuck because for some reason target has all of the self-checkouts closed and only one aisle open every freaking day, so I had to wait on a long line, end of the night last minute shoppers, and when I finally get up to the freaking register, red card declines, so I call customer service at the register and they say we don't know what the issue is but we will unassign you from the order and your rating will not be affected, I say okay and my rating is affected, so I go to the dollar store next and same exact problem, but this time the lady on the phone says hold on one second, I say okay, and guess what? She goes try it now, I'm like okay, and it works, so I said oh thank you but can you report that so it doesn't affect my rating on my previous order from the store I was at before this? She says unfortunately no I cannot do that, I said why the problem was clearly on your end not mine so I shouldn't be affected by it, and I waited all this time and traveled to these stores, and she literally had nothing to say and I hung up on her, and then two days later I get a contract violation that said I missed my red card and that I might have a deactivation, when I told that lady what I was thinking man I lost my s***😅😅

I get really sketched by the app because I swear the settings change, like options that were available yesterday are not available today and things change small minor things change and then they go back to the original way and then they changed and then they go back and then they change I swear bro they are screwing with that app just to mess with drivers

Next time drive around the back of the building that's open on a crap order that you get, Clique restaurant is closed and take a picture of the back of the restaurant, usually the lights are off and it will accept that it is closed LOL and you'll get your pay without losing your rating haha another trick is Click store issue if you don't feel like going on that Dash that is either cheap or too far, or you accidentally clicked it, and don't want to lose your acceptance rate, just say store issue and say store is busy option just click that and for some reason it says you can unassign it without your rating being affected😅😅

Customer service is useless all they do is report the problems record them and never fix them, I don't even want to think about how long the list of issues are, just like the schedule for the week that I have made the whole week in advance, disappears every day and then when it's time to dash it starts to show just my dash for that day but not the rest of the week but I'm still on the schedule I just can't see it it gets so goddamn annoying bro😅

My completion rate is not moving at all, it’s stuck at 91%
